Empowering you to achieve optimal function and well-being.

I am a Registered Physiotherapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and founder of Nick Ashman Physio. Having moved to Uxbridge from England in 2019, I am proud to call Uxbridge home and serve the people in my local community by helping them achieve their health and movement goals.

I have spent my 10+ year career helping people become healthier, stronger and pain free, utilizing my biomechanical approach that combines a hands-on treatment style with expert knowledge of functional movement and exercise prescription that help my clients reach their goals and perform to their full potential.

My passion for sports ignited at a young age, where I enthusiastically embraced a variety of sports, and played competitive rugby, football (soccer!) and tennis. With an especially active lifestyle and some bad luck, injuries seemed never ending, leading me to realize the pivotal role of proactive rehabilitation through physiotherapy in injury prevention and performance enhancement. Today, as an avid weightlifter and dedicated member of the Brock Rugby club, I strive to inspire others to prioritize their physical fitness and well-being.

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2015 and have since developed my skills in diverse clinical settings, continually enhancing my expertise through ongoing professional development. Committed to excellence, I have pursued extensive post-graduate training to further refine my abilities and diversify my skillset so that I can continue to deliver top-quality care.
